Refund policy

Exchange Policy:

If a  damaged product is received, you can exchange within 2 days from the time you received, provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end. Neatly pack the product in its original cover while sending.

There is no pick up facility, so the pick up will have to be arranged from customer end with own expenses.

Return Policy:

You can return the ordered product and ask for refund only, if the product is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.

It may take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
